I would like you to know that the manager of Beaverton Mattress World contacted me. I went into his store and selected a more expensive mattress than the one I had. It had a 20 year warranty on it. I fully expected to pay the difference which was hundreds of dollars more. I didn’t. I ordered my mattress and box springs. They were delivered and set up within two weeks.
I will recommend Mattress World to other people and I will buy from them again.

Thank you and your company and salesman Lenny at the 122nd/Glisan store. In May Morgan was in a horrible car accident which killed her best friend. Morgan had a broken back, arm and severed aorta and colon. She had need of a good sturdy mattress. Your organization and Lenny made it possible for her to get a mattress that would help in her healing.
Because of your kindness we purchased a $2000 set from Lenny. We will always tell everyone we know of your kindness. Everyone we have met including delivery people have been wonderful.

I want to let you know how much I appreciated the help of these two men when they delivered my new mattress, box springs, bed frame and headboard, Wednesday, 6/17/09. My cat had previously brought a bunny into my house. I tried to rescue the poor thing but only managed to get my cat away from it and watch it run into my bedroom. Long story short, I was unable to find it and unable to get on my knees due to a bad right knee. It became obvious it was dead and decomposing due to the odor in my bedroom. I thought that it was under my bed and when they removed the box springs I would be able to remove it and clean. I was almost in tears when it wasn’t there. Bo and Jeremy got down with a flashlight and found it under my dresser. They were able to retrieve it and throw it away.
I’m widowed and my adult children live out of state, so I can’t express how nice it was to have some much needed help! I now am enjoying an odor free bedroom and finally a good night sleep on my delightful new mattress and with the knowledge that the bunny is gone.
You have two nice deliverymen in these fellows, who went above the call of duty to help a very grateful customer. I will highly recommend Mattress World to my friends.

I just wanted to write to tell you what excellent service I received from Mike Peters at your Clackamas location. I called late to get information and he stayed on the phone with me well beyond 9pm to make sure the beds I wanted were in stock, and when one that I was looking for wasn’t he found a comparable bed. I purchased 2 beds and they are being delivered on Friday. I’m a newly single mom struggling to create a home for my kids. He was kind and went above and beyond! Excellent service!

Hi, about two weeks ago I purchased a bed at Mattress World from the Jantzen Beach Oregon store. I am very pleased with the service I received both at the store and with the delivery. At the expected time the call came to tell me when the bed would be delivered. The delivery truck was also on time. That was great!!! I was amazed with the men who delivered the bed. They were really moving when they came in. I got the sense that they were committed to getting the deliveries to everyone on time. The men were very polite, asked where I wanted the bed taken and did it with an ease that surprised me. They un-wrapped the bed pieces, located them where I asked and picked up the trash ready to leave for the next delivery. I am very impressed with the demeanor and efficiency of both of these men. I told them I was going to make a good report. They were grateful. And by the way, I really like my bed.

To whom this may concern,
I want to extend my thanks to Martha from the Mattress World store in Salem. I needed to get a bed for my son who was turning 15. He was sleeping on various old mattresses in layers, literally. So I called one of your competitors in Keizer. He said $120.00, so I rushed down there for a twin (which I asked him for) and it turned out to be about 6 inches thick and so I was like ok, sorry but this is not going to work for me, he is 6 foot, 250 lbs. It would have been bad within a couple of months, so I asked if there was something else he could do and he went to his computer and came back and offered me a mattress that was maybe 1 inch thicker for $199.00. Ok, I appreciate your looking for me but that’s not going to work for me, I do not have that kind of money, my husband is a quadriplegic and we do not make much, so he said he did not want to but suggested Mattress World.
I came back home, called Mattress World and asked for the price of a mattress, and got a price of $325.00. I just told Martha, well, thank you but that’s not going to work for me, my husband is a quadriplegic and I get my pay from taking care of him… She said wait a minute and let me call corporate and I was very surprise and said ok and could not help but cry with great appreciation in such a caring place. Martha called me back and said that Sherri and her were going to be able to help me out with a full size mattress and going to give me the mattress and box spring for $125.00. All I could do was cry, I couldn’t believe that there are still angels in our world and there she was at Mattress World.
Thank you again for all the kindness and all the care I received from your company. I will forever suggest Mattress World to ANYONE talking about getting a mattress. My son by the way, absolutely loves his bed he sleeps so much better and said he is not even hurting with his back like he was…

This letter is to thank you for your considerate help in dealing with a warranty problem with a mattress purchased from another dealer that has since gone out of business.
First, we would like to commend Carl and Chris from the corporate office. They are two very fine young men, intelligent and meet people exceeding well, a real pleasure to meet. Then we would like to commend Andy and his crew from the Salem store, they got the ball rolling for us and kept at it to the very satisfactory end. Thank you again.

I am pleased to let you know that we are once again sleeping as comfortable as possible on one of your Englander mattress set chosen from a salesperson by the name of Holly (we believe) at your Beaverton store.
We were extremely happy with the sales support we received through Holly at the Beaverton store. Holly did not waste any time with our needs and got us to the Englander selection to choose from. We now have a mattress that supports us and we are once again sleeping as comfortable as possible throughout the night.
We have you and your support team from the Beaverton store to thank for saving us in this unique situation and getting us the mattress set that works for both me and my wife. I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy (a severe, very painful nerve disease much like MS), and my wife has a bad back (one operation so far which left her in extreme neck pain) causing her and I to need a supportive mattress. I would also like to thank you for your support for the MS foundation as it’s needs are quite similar to the needs for the Peripheral Neuropathy foundations, although I wish the support for the cure was the same. It’s extremely important for people with back problems to get a supportive mattress as anything.

Back in January of this year I purchased a queen size mattress for my granddaughter who is quite ill with liver failure.
I called from Boise, Idaho and told the manager at your Clackamas store about my problem which being, I was out of state and wanted to pay by credit card over the phone. To make a long story short, your manager accomplished everything just as he said he would. This in turn made a very young girl happy.
